| 摘 要： | 对客运专线CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)用灌注袋检测方法进行了初步研究。主要探讨了断裂强力与断脱强力的关系,分析了检测条件对断裂强力、断裂伸长率和撕破强力等指标测试结果的影响。结果表明,灌注袋用非织造布的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和撕破强力测试条件均以拉伸速率100 mm/min、夹具间距100 mm为宜。

| Abstract: | The testing method using perfusion pocket for PDL CRTSⅠ type plated ballet-less cement emulsified asphalt slurry was studied primarily.The relationship between breaking strength and disconnection strength were discussed mainly and the influence of inspection condition on test results of breaking strength,breaking elongation and tear strength were analyzed.The results showed that the parameters on testing breaking strength,breaking elongation and tear strength of the nonwovens were on stretch rate of 100 mm/min and clamp distance of 100 mm. |
