摘    要:目的 通过对某内能源转管机枪的曲柄滑块机构中的连杆与曲柄的长度比的优化, 使所设计的方案在一定的限制范围内能够最佳地实现活塞加速度较小的预定目标. 方法 用优化设计的黄金分割法, 并以活塞加速度最小为目标函数. 结果 确定了连杆与曲柄的长度比的最优值. 结论 通过本优化设计满足了: (1) 活塞加速度较小; (2) 运动较平稳的设计要求, 因此具有很好的现实意义

Abstract:Aim To search for the length ratio between the connecting rod and crank of the crank sliding block mechanism and to achieve given aim: the piston acceleration fairly small. Methods The golden section method of the optimum design is used. Results The optimum length ratio between the connecting rod and crank is determined. Conclusion By means of the optimum design. The design demands can be satisfied (1) the piston acceleration fairly small; (2) the speed fairly steady.
