The brushless doubly-fed machine(BLDFM)is a new type of induction machine which has excellent performance.A per-phase general equivalent circuit is developed after referring frequency,which permits analysis of the characteristic in both motor mode and generator mode.Then presents the special equivalent model at natural speed operation and asynchronous operation.At last,expressions for the torque as a function of rotor current have been derived.
