基于单片机的逆变交流脉冲MIG弧焊电源设计

摘    要:介绍了以Intel 80C196KC单片机为控制核心的逆变交流脉冲MIG弧焊电源的构成及工作原理;讨论了应用80C196KC单片机控制的焊接电源的硬件设计和软件设计;重点介绍了一次逆变的驱动电路及过流、过热、过压保护电路。试验证明,该电源工作稳定、可靠,能较好地满足焊接工艺性能的要求。

Abstract:The constitution and operating principle of AC PMIG inverter welding power source based on 80C196KC single chip microcomputer are introduced.The hardware design and software program of the welding power source are discussed in detail.The primary inverter driving circuit,current foldback circuit,protection circuits for overheat and low-voltage circuit are introduced specially.Tests shown that AC PMIG welding power source runs reliably and stably,it can satisfy the welding process requirement.
