摘    要:大型氨厂侧线试验结果表明,采用南化集团研究院开发的H-Cat均相催化剂和变压再生新工艺,可使现有生产装置脱碳能力大幅度提高、能耗大幅度降低。将新型催化剂加入Benileld溶液后,可使溶液吸收能力提高16.9%、再生热耗降低22.8%;再将新型节能工艺结合起来,装置生产能力可提高28.8%、再生热耗降低39.1%。达到了国际同类工艺的先进水平。

Abstract:The results from a side-stream experiment on a large ammonia plant show that, with the adoption of the H-Cat homogeneous catalyst developed by the Research Institute of Nanhua Group and the new pressure-swing regeneration process, the capacity for CO_2 removal of the present production unit is increased by a big margin, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced. With the addition of the new catalyst into the Benfield solution, the absorption capacity of the solution is incresed by 16.9%, and the energy consumed in regeneration is reduced by 22.8%; its combination with the new energy-saving process raises the production capacity of the unit by 28.8%, and decreases the energy consumed in regeneration by 39.1%, thereby reaching the advanced level of similar international processes.
