石墨在防腐蚀涂料中使用的研究

石墨在防腐蚀涂料中使用较多,但其吸油量大,不同粒径颗粒屏蔽性能不同,因此在涂料中如何添加,才能起到较好的防腐蚀作用,还没有较完整的实际应用研究.为此,从宏观的配方设计和性能测试上进行了配方的筛选研究,并从微观结构上研究了石墨在防腐蚀涂料中的分布形态与防腐蚀效果之间的关系,最后提供了石墨在防腐蚀涂料中应用的颗粒大小和用量,供涂料配方设计人员参考.

Application of Graphite in Anticorrosion Paint

Graphite is liable to adsorb oil and has varied shielding behavior with varying grit size,which is non-beneficial to its application in anticorrosion paint.At the same time,little is currently available about the applied study of the method to introduce graphite into the anticorrosion paints and to its anticorrosion effect as well.Thus a series of tests for formulation design and performance evaluation were carried out to establish the optimized formulation of the paints doped with graphite.The correlations among the distribution of graphite and anticorrosion effect of the paints were investigated as well.Moreover,the proper grit size and dosage of graphite in the anticorrosion paints were also determined,which could be helpful to providing guidance to the formulation design of the corresponding anticorrosion paints.
