摘    要:随着我国大规格ERW焊管机组的不断建成投产,钢管数控仿形锯机及仿形锯片的应用越来越多,目前主要从德、美、日等国进口.由于其具备了高效、优质、节能、低噪、安全等优点,钢管仿形锯切成为一种先进的钢管切断新技术.为了替代进口锯片,唐山冶金锯片有限公司进行了一系列的研发工作,为国内钢管企业提供了高性价比的数控仿形锯片产品.

Abstract:With China ERW mill put into production continually,the application of numerical control and profile modeling saw flake for welded pipe become wider and wider,which mostly imported from Germany,American and Japan.Profile modeling saw for welded pipe possesses many advantages such as high efficiency,superior quality,energy saving,lower noise and security etc.and is considered as advanced technology for cutting pipe.In order to replace of import saw flake,Tang Shan metallurgy saw flake Co.,LTD had provided numerical control and profile modeling saw flake for domestic steel pipe enterprises.
