| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了复合绝缘子脆断的现象。经分析指出:复合绝缘子发生脆断的主要原因是由于早期产品的制造工艺和原材料制造水平不高,致使芯棒在机械和弱酸的共同作用下引起的。文中还提出了防止脆断的对策,如更换早期产品,提高工艺水平等。

| Abstract: | The phenom enon of brittle f racture of com posite insula tor was elaborated.It is pointed out by analysis that the reason f or brittl e f racture of com posite insulator is low level of m anuf acturi ng technology f or raw m aterial and early product,which causes core st ick to be broken under m echanical f orce and weak acid.The counterm e asures to prevent brittle f racture are put f orward,such as repl acem ent of early product and im proving technology level. |
