| 摘 要： | 结合北京某砌体结构学生宿舍楼加固的工程实例，对多层砌体结构宿舍楼工程抗震加固投资效果进行分析．通过对两种加固方案的比较分析，着重探讨了在满足使用功能要求的前提下，使投资能得到有效、合理、安全的使用；对投资控制的方法进行研究，通过对使用功能、施工工艺和所需资金等方面进行对比分析，指出了此类工程政府投资控制的重点和难点． |

| Abstract: | Combining the reinforcement engineering case of a certain masonry structure student dormitory in Beijing, the thesis analyzes the effect of seismic reinforcement investment of Multi - story masonry structure dormitory. Through the comparative analysis of the two reinforcement programs, this thesis concentrates on the investment control methods under the premise of meeting the functional requirements in order to insure the effective, reasonable and safe use of investment. Furthermore, the comparative analysis of using function, construction technology and funds needed points out the emphases and difficulties of government investment control for those engineering cases. |
