| 摘 要： | 黄金氰化厂贵液锌粉置换前，需要净化贵液、去除其中的悬浮物。传统工艺采用管式过滤器、明流箱式压滤机及板框压滤机，存在更换滤布麻烦、生产成本高等不足，效果不好。针对这一情况，山东黄金精炼厂率先采用自动反洗表面过滤器新技术，与传统净化工艺相比，设备占地面积节省50%以上，同时大大提高了净化指标，节约了生产运行成本，提高了企业效益。该技术是贵金属氰化提金领域的一次创新。

| Abstract: | Before replacement of zinc,gold cyanide factory need to clean solution and remove suspensions.Tranditional techniques use tubular filters,free flow filter and frame filter box,it has the disadvantage of replacement filter cloth is trouble and high production cost,the effect is not good.In response,Shandong gold refinery firstly use new technology of automatic backwash surface filter,compared with conventional purification process,equipment covers save 50%,at the same time,greatly improving purification targets,saving the cost of production operation,and improving enterprise efficiency.The technology is an innovation in the field of cyanide leaching of precious metal. |
