可倾瓦推力轴承瞬态动特性研究

摘    要:通过采用Newton-Raphson法和有限差分法联立求解了广义瞬态Reynolds方程、广义瞬态能量方程及瓦块的运动方程,并考虑了瓦块热弹性变形和润滑油膜温黏效应的影响.通过实例对点支撑扇形可倾瓦推力轴承的瞬态动特性系数进行了计算,并结合瞬态动特性系数对点支撑扇形可倾瓦推力轴承在受到瞬态冲击后的瞬态响应进行了分析,其结果有助于研究推力轴承在非稳态情况下的动力学特性.

Abstract:By using the Newton Raphson method and the finite difference method,the simultaneous solution of the generalized Reynolds equation,energy equation and pad moving equation were presented. Also the effects of the pad thermal elastic deformation and the effects of oil viscosity temperature were taken into account. By experiments,the transient dynamic coefficients of point supported sector pivot pad thrust bearing were calculated. Combining the results,the transient responses of the point supported sector pivot pad thrust bearing caused by the transient impact were analyzed. The results are helpful for analyzing the dynamic coefficient of thrust bearing which is under the unstable condition. The work in this paper may be applied in the generalized transient thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (TTEHD) and thrust bearing rotor system dynamic analysis.
