预膨胀法制备有机粘土/NBR纳米复合材料力学性能与微观结构的研究

摘    要:采用预膨胀法制备有机粘土/丁腈橡胶(NBR)纳米复合材料,研究了预膨胀剂丙烯酸不同用量和其在有机粘土中不同质量分数对复合材料的力学性能和微观结构的影响。结构表明,丙烯酸用量为1g有机粘土/4mL丙烯酸和其在有机粘土中的质量分数为30%时,所制备的有机粘土/NBR纳米复合材料各方面性能达到最优。

Abstract:The effects of different dosage and different mass fraction for organic clay of acrylic acid on the mechanics properties and microstructure of organic clay/NBR nanocomposites which were prepared by pre-expansion were investigated experimentally.The results showed that when the dosage of acrylic and inorganic clay is 1 g/4 mL,the mass fraction to 30%,the various aspects of organic clay/NBR nanocomposites achieve optimal performance.
