高纯度苯乙腈制备工艺研究

摘    要:采用GC-MS方法分析苯乙腈制备过程中的副产物,进而推测出发生的副反应。选择了合适的催化剂、pH和温度等工艺条件来抑制副反应的发生,获得高收率和高纯度苯乙腈。在复合相转移催化剂的存在下,过量2%~5%的氯化苄在70℃~80℃时滴加到30%氰化钠中反应,pH维持在9~10;然后减压蒸馏粗品可得到含量为99%的苯乙腈,收率>99%

Abstract:The byproducts and side reactions in the preparation of benzylcyanide were analyzed by the means of GC-MSThe optimum catalyst,pH and temperature were applied to inhibit the side reactions,and the high yield and purity benzylcyanide were obtained.In the presence of the complex PTC,benzylchloride with 2%5% excess was added dropwise to 30% aqueous sodium cyanide at 7080 and pH=89,then the crude product was distilled under reduced pressure to make benzylcyanide with purity 99% and the yield>90%
