知识型企业经营管理者激励与约束机制研究

摘    要:论述了传统的物质资本所有者与经营管理者之间的委托代理关系.针对怎样激发知识型企业经营管理者的潜能,约束"搭便车"和"偷懒"行为,避免频繁发生的公司造假与欺诈丑闻等问题,从人力资本产权的角度,结合知识型企业经营管理者的特点,按照"为什么要激励和约束与怎样激励和约束"的思路,对知识型企业经营管理者的激励与约束机理及机制进行了研究.
