| 摘 要： | 根据斗杆腹板的结构特点，分析了零件的成形工艺性，通过经验计算公式确定了模具成形部分尺寸。生产试验表明模具设计合理，结构可靠，工作动作顺畅，能保证零件成形质量，满足批量生产要求。

| Abstract: | The mould’s dimension is confirmed by empirical formula after analyzing forming tecnological property of the component according to the structural characteristics of the plate of stick.The mould’s rationality of designing and reliability of its structure that is indicated in production test can ensure the shaping quality of those parts and satisfy the requirement of lot production. |
