杯形件温挤压成形工艺研究

摘    要:对杯形件的生产进行了精密塑性成形方法的研究,并用有限元模拟软件对挤压过程进行了分析,结果表明,所设计的坯料尺寸及工艺方案是合理的,金属流动均匀,表面质量和尺寸精度都达到要求,大大提高了工件的强度和生产率,达到节省原材料、降低成本的目的。

Abstract:The production of cup-shaped part is studied by precision forming technology. The extrusion process is analyzed by FEM simulation software. The result shows that the designed billet size and process scheme are rational, metal flows evenly, the surface and size accuracy meet the requirement, the part's strength and productivity are raised largely. The object of saving material and reducing cost is realized.
