摘    要:介绍了X65耐腐蚀钢材在油田海管中的应用,研究了海管材料X65在多相流及冲刷腐蚀环境下的腐蚀规律,并提出了腐蚀控制措施及建议。试验表明:当流速达到或越过2m/s时.管线的腐蚀加剧;水含量增加时,腐蚀速率也增长,当水质量分数由30%增加到60%时,腐蚀速率由4.07mm/a增大到了14.70mm/a。

Abstract:The application of corrosion-resisting X65 steel material for marine pipelines was introduced. The corrosion law of X65 marine pipelines in multi-phase flow and eorrosive environment was studied, and corrosion control measures were recommended. The test showed that the corrosion of pipelines became increasingly serious at a flow velocity of 2 m/s or higher; The corrosion rate increased with increasing water percentage. When the water percentage (m) was increased to 69% from 30%, the corrosion rate was elevated to 14.7 mm/a from 4.07 mm/a.
