不同再生粗集料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度分布特征

摘    要:通过劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度试验,研究了水灰比分别为0.74,0.55和0.43的不同再生粗集料混凝土的劈裂破坏状况、劈裂抗拉强度及其分布特征,得到了不同再生粗集料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度与抗压强度之间的换算关系.不同再生粗集料混凝土的劈裂破坏不仅表现为再生粗集料和新水泥浆体之间界面的破坏,还表现为再生粗集料本身的断裂破坏;在相同水灰比条件下,不同再生粗集料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的均值比单一再生粗集料混凝土小,但标准差和变异系数变化规律不明显;不同再生粗集料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的分布可以用正态分布模型描述.

Abstract:This paper describes an investigation of the splitting failure and splitting tensile strength distribution and relationship between splitting tensile strength and compressive strength of concrete with different recycled coarse aggregates.Recycled concrete with three water-cement ratios of 0.74,0.55 and 0.43 was designed and tested under laboratory conditions.It was found that the splitting failure of recycled concrete initiated not only from the interfaces between recycled coarse aggregate and new cement paste,but also from the recycled coarse aggregate itself.At the same water-cement ratio condition,the mean value for the splitting tensile strength of concrete with different recycled coarse aggregate was smaller than that of concrete with single recycled coarse aggregate,while the difference of the standard deviations as well as the coefficients of variation of splitting tensile strength between them was not clear.It was confirmed that normal model can be used to describe the distributions for the splitting tensile strength of concrete with different recycled coarse aggregate.
