摘    要:针对微机集中监测布线困难和信号处理仪器分散复杂的不足,主要研究了基于DSP与CAN总线的旋转机械分布式通用智能监测系统,实现信号处理电路的集成和数字控制,并对各类信号采用不同方法进行采集、处理、分析和故障诊断,同时通过CAN总线与服务器相连构成监测与管理网络,并根据机组运行状态的形式选择不同的通讯数据,由监测主机实现先进算法处理与精密故障诊断,构成两级分析与监测系统,提高系统的实时性和诊断的可靠性。

Abstract:To the difficulty of arranging wire of PC monitoring and the disperses and complicated of signal treatment instrument,analyzed a distributed universal intelligent monitoring system of rotating machinery based on DSP and CAN.Realized the integration and digital control sampled,handled,analyzed and fault diagnosed different signals.composed a local monitoring and manages network by CAN and chosed different data to communicate according different operation state.realized the advanced algorithm treatment and precise malfunction diagnose by the host computer,composed two-stage analysis and monitor,and raised systematic real time and diagnostic reliability.
