面向制造企业的车间生产管理系统

企业决策信息与车间现场信息之间的交互常常出现不能顺畅进行的情况，并且针对一个企业的生产车间所构建的车间管理系统难以适合于另一个企业，由此本文针对某大型制造企业的生产车间，开发了满足其批量大、品种多、工艺流程相对固定等特点的车间生产管理系统．分析了该生产车间的业务流程，构架了面向车间生产活动的系统框架，开发了适合生产车间的B／S结构的车间管理系统．

Workshop Production Manufacturing System for Manufacturing Enterprise

The information between enterprise decision-making and production workshop cannot be often communicated smoothly, and the workshop production management system（WPMS） aimed at production workshop of some enterprise doesn＇t fit those of other enterprises. Thereby WPMS meeting the characteristics, such as batch-mass, multi-variety and process relatively fixing, is developed for the production workshop of a manufacturing enterprise. The business processes in the production workshop are analyzed, the system architecture for the objected workshop production is built, and the Web-based WPMS fitting the production workshop is developed.
