| 摘 要： | 介绍了10MN水压机夹紧缸柱塞表面产生拉伤及划痕的原因并分析了夹紧缸柱塞的焊接性能。通过选择适当的焊接材料并且严格控制焊接工艺,成功地修复了夹紧缸柱塞。

| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the reasons that result the scar on column stopper surface of clamping cylinder of 10 MN hydraulic press,and analyzed the welding property of column stopper.By selecting the proper welding material and strictly controlling the welding procedure,the column stopper of clamping cylinder has been repaired with success. |
