摘    要:通过研究控轧控冷工艺参数变化对X70钢板组织及性能的影响,优化精轧的开轧温度、终轧温度及ACC快速冷却等参数对X70管线钢的微观组织结构和性能的影响。结果表明,工艺优化后,X70管线钢得到以针状铁素体为主的均匀细化的理想组织和优良性能。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the effect of controlled rolling/controlled cooling process parameter changes on mierostructure and mechanical properties of X70 steel plate, many parameters such as the start rolling temperature, finish rolling temperature at finishing stand, and ACC which affect the microstructure and mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel have been optimised. The results show that XT0 pipeline steel attains desired refined microstructure of acieular ferrite as majority and good mechanical properties.
