| 摘 要： | 水滑石在FKM、FEPM、CSM胶料的硫化过程中具有防止污染模具、便于产品脱模的效果。水滑石填充量为1～2份即可获得良好的脱模效果,对硫化胶物理机械性能几乎没有影响。

| Abstract: | When hydrotalcite was applied as adsorbent in FKM,FEPM,CSM compounds,the mold pollution could be eliminated during vulcanization process;and the sticking tendency of product was markedly reduced.When the rubber compounds were filled with 1～2 phr hydrotalcite,the good mold release effect could be obtained and the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber were little changed. |
