2-丁烯异构化催化剂的研究

摘    要:本文研究了 Al_2O_3和经一些渡金属氧化物改性后的 Al_2O_3催化剂对2-丁烯异构化反应的活性和选择性。试验结果表明,经少量氧化锰改性的 Al_2O_3催化剂,不仅有较高的活性,且对双键异构具有优良的选择性。反应温度高达550℃,产物中仍检测不到异丁烯。应用 TPD 技术以 NH_3和 CO_2为吸附质研究了本催化剂表面酸、碱性的改变及其对活性和选择性的影响。


Catalytic Action of Modified Al_2O_3 for Isomerization of 2-Butene
Abstract:The activity and setectivity of Al_2O_3 catalysts modified with oxides of thetransition metals Cu,Cr,Mn,Co and Fe for isomerization of 2-Butene were studi-ed.It was found that the addition of small amount of Mn oxide or Co oxide doesnot affect the catalytic activity,but can efficiently prevent the formation of iso-butylene and cracking byproducts.The Al_O_3 catalyst modified with 0.4% Mn hassuch high activity and excellent selectivity,that no isobutylene was detectedeven at 550℃。The acid-base surface properties of these catalysts were tested by TPDtechnique with NH_3 and CO_2 as adsorbents.Moreover,influence of these propertieson the activity and selectivity of the catalysts were investigated.
