远程协同故障诊断综述及研究

摘    要:远程协同故障诊断技术随着分布式计算、远程信息处理技术、经典故障诊断理论等的学科发展正在受到越来越多关注;但是系统的总结该技术的应用及研究并不多见。在给出远程协同诊断定义基础上,从诊断方法(技术)协同和协同诊断支持构架两个角度详细分析当前研究现状,并针对性地提出了一个通用远程协同诊断系统原型,给出了该原型的关键问题及其解决思路,包括远程协同诊断现场故障信息预处理、协同诊断中心的诊断任务分配及协作机制研究、远程诊断资源的结果融合。结论肯定了远程协同诊断的光明前景。

Abstract:Accompanying with the developing of distributed computing,Information Tele-processing,classical fault diagnostics theory,and the like,RCFD(Remote collaboration fault diagnostics) becomes more important,but there is not summarization for it.Currently,researching status is particular analyzed from two aspects of diagnosis methods collaboration and collaboration diagnosis support frame.One universal RCFD system prototype and the solution on its key issue are also proposed technically,which includes local fault information preprocess,diagnostics task distribution and collaboration strategy,fusion of remote diagnostics results.In the conclusion,the prospect of RCFD is summarized.
