稀土Ce对含Nb超低膨胀合金组织和夹杂物的影响

摘    要:本文利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDAX),研究了稀土Ce对含Nb超低膨胀合金Fe-32Ni-4.7Co-0.1Nb锻态显微组织和非金属夹杂物的影响。结果表明,添加微量稀土Ce没有改变超低膨胀合金的相组成,仍为单相奥氏体,但细化了合金的锻态组织。添加微量稀土Ce元素,可使超低膨胀合金中硫化物由长条状变为椭圆或球状,改变了合金中硫化物夹杂的形态。

Abstract:The influence of cerium on the as-forged microstructure and nonmetallic inclusions of Super-Invar alloy Fe-32Ni-4.7Co-0.1Nb was studied systematically by OM,SEM and EDAX.The results show that the addition of trace cerium in Super-Invar alloy doesn't change the phase of the Super-Invar alloy Fe-32Ni-4.7Co-0.1Nb which is still γ-phase,however,the as-forged microstructure is refined.The morphology of sulfide inclusion in Super-Invar alloy turns from string to ellipse or sphere with addition of trace cerium and the shape of sulfide inclusion in Super-Invar alloy is changed.
