| 摘 要： | 舞钢研制开发的调质钢WH80Q具有高强度、良好的低温冲击韧性、抗层状撕裂性能、较低的时效敏感性系数。该钢采用低碳低合金的化学成分设计,运用控制轧制和控制冷却技术,使WH80Q具有比传统调质钢更低的碳当量和焊接裂纹敏感性系数。

| Abstract: | The quenched and tempered steel WH80Q offers high strength, excellent low temperature impact toughness, lamellar tearing resistance and lower aging sensitivity factor. This steel is designed with low carbon and low alloy in chemical composition. Controlled cooling and controlled rolling technology is adopted to make WH80Q have lower carbon equivalent and welding crack sensitivity factor than conventional quenched and tempered steel. |
