摘    要:用反相高效液相色谱法测定了苹果醋饮料、苹果原醋等样品中的主要有机酸含量。通过C18柱进行分离和测定,以0.01 mol/L磷酸氢二铵-磷酸缓冲溶液作流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,紫外检测器210 nm处进行检测。实验表明,苹果原汁中的有机酸含量最高,样品回收率为90.8%~99.5%之间。证明该方法的准确性较高,完全适用于苹果醋中有机酸的检测分析。

Abstract:Determination of organic acid in apple vinegar beverage and apple vinegar by reversed phase high per- formance liquid chromatography was studied. The separation was performed on a Cls column with 0. 01 mol/L diammonium phosphate - phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase, the/low rate and detection wavelengths were set to be 1.0 mL/min and 210 nm, respectively. Experimental results showed that the maximum content of organic acid was obtained in the ap- ple juice, and the sample recovery rate was in the range of 90. 8% -99.5%. It was proved that the accuracy of this meth- od was very high and it's completely applicable to test the contents of organic acid in apple vinegar.
