| 摘 要： | 建立了滇桂艾纳香片中原儿茶酸的含量测定方法。用岛津VP-ODS色谱柱(150×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(7∶93)为流动相;检测波长为256 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果表明:原儿茶酸在0.041～0.329μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,原儿茶酸平均加样回收率为98.55%,RSD为1.04%,精密度、稳定性良好。本方法可靠性高,分离度、准确性、重复性好,适用于滇桂艾纳香片中原儿茶酸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | To develop an HPLC method for determination of protocatochuic acid in Diangui＇ ainaxiang Pian,Shimadzu VP-ODS（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）was used as chromatographic column.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-1% acetic acid（10：90）,the flow-rate was 1 mL · min^-1.The detector wavelength was 256 nm.The results showed that the calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.041～0.329 μg for protocatochuic acid（r=0.9999）,the average recovery of protocatochuic acid was 98.55%.The precision and stability were fine.The proposed method may be used in the quantitative analysis of protocatochuic acid in Diangui＇ ainaxiang Pian with high reliability,separation,accuracy,repeatability |
