| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法-串联质谱法检测南美白对虾中乙氧基喹啉残留的方法。正己烷提取目标分析物,采用C18色谱柱进行分离、质谱进行分析,步骤简单方便。本方法针对南美白对虾肌肉组织的检测下限为5μg/kg,线性范围:5～50μg/kg。3水平添加回收率为80%～90%,相对标准偏差0.53%～2.19%。 |

| Abstract: | A method for analysis of trace ethoxyquin residues in Penaeus vannamei was developed by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（HPLC-MS/MS）.Hexane extraction of target analytes,using a C18 column separation,mass spectrometry,the process was simple and convenient.The lower limit of this method was 5 μg/kg,and the linear range was 5～50 μg/kg.The recoveries in three spkied level were in the range of 80%～90%,with relative standard deviation（RSD）of 0.53%～2.19%. |
