干排粉煤灰摩擦高压静电脱炭技术试验研究

摘    要:在YNDF-I型粉煤灰摩擦高压静电脱炭装置上进行粉煤灰脱炭正交试验,结果是粉煤灰含炭量从9.5%降为3.2%,脱炭率为64.64%,精灰产率为38.86%,表明粉煤灰摩擦高压静电脱炭分离装置的技术可行.通过经济效益指标分析表明该装置具有良好的经济效益,且此技术为干排粉煤灰资源化利用提供了一种新的途径.

Abstract:A serial orthodoxy experiments are carried out on YNDF-1 model fly ash frictional high-voltage electrostatic de-carbon setup. Through the experiments,it is found that carbon content of fly ash can be reduced from 9.5% to 3.2%. The de-carbon rate can reach 64.64% and fine fly ash production rate is 38.86 %. The experiment results show the technology feasibility of fly ash frictional high-voltage electrostatic de-carbon setup. Lastly, the indices of profit analysis is conducted, and the evidences prove this setup is economical. This technology provides a new way for dry discharge fly ash comprehensive utilization.
