摘    要:本文分析了开发接触引弧系统的意义,论述了接触引弧的实施条件及系统设计中的主要问题.通过对系统动态过程的解析求解论证了其可行性.最后利用EPMA对W极与工件间的污染程度进行了分析,分析结果及应用实践表明,设计的系统比高频引弧更稳定可靠.

Abstract:The technical and economical significance of developing a touch-arcignition system is put forward. The condition of employing touch-arc-ignition system and some important problems in the designing of the system are discussed in detail. By means of mathematical analysis of its dynamic process,the practicability of the system is proved.At last the degree of the contamination between workpiece and tungstun is analyzed by EPMA. The results of EPMA analysis and practical experiments show that the system developed is more reliable and steadier than high frequency are ignition system.
