应用多级门限法去除气象回波图像噪声

Elimination of noise in weather echo image using multi-level threshold

In this paper, a method of eliminating the noise of weather echo image using power\|threshold is introduced, clutter correction\|threshold and signal quality index\|threshold together. Utilizing the correlative information of low\|level weather echo signal processing to eliminate the ground clutter and white noise, it breaks through the limit of traditional method. Traditional method can only use the image processing methods to remove noise in high\|level image processing. Because it use the different characters between signal with ground clutter and white noise. With a little additional calculation, it can eliminate the noise and reserve the faint signal effectively. Ran on the parallel DSP array processor based on C3X and compared with the algorithm of original 714CD signal processor system, the effect has improved marketly. It is proved that the algorithm is excellent.
