石墨电极生产专用浸渍剂绝大部分是用煤沥青经净化、热聚合反应等过程而制得 ,浸渍剂沥青在我国目前还处于开发试制阶段 ,本文介绍了我国浸渍剂沥青开发试制进展情况和几种浸渍剂沥青的生产工艺 ,简明分析了每一种生产工艺的特点。根据国内外浸渍剂沥青的生产和使用情况 ,对加快我国浸渍剂沥青研制尽早实现工业化生产提出了建议

Purification of Coal Tar Pitch and Manufacture of Impregnating Pitch for Producing Electrode

Impregnating pitch specially for graphite electrode manufacture made form coal tar pitch with purification or thermal polymerization and condensation is still in research and development.The progress in research and development in producing impregnating pitch is introduced in this paper,and several new techniques for production of impregnating pitch are presented with emphasis on the characteristics of these technologies.On the basis of the detailed analysis on the production and use of impregnating pitch at home and abroad,suggestions about how to modernize the industry for producing impregnating pitch are made.
