| Abstract: | The drilled vibro-rammed gravel pile is introduced as an effective method in foundation reinforcement in this paper. Author analyzes its mechanism of soil improvement and expounds the construction procedure and the noticeable details combining with an engineering example. At the same time, it is also pointed out that drilled vibro-rammed gravel pile has a better prospect of popularization and application then other sorts of gravel pile in common use. |
