磁致伸缩式扭转超声波位移传感器计时方法实现

摘    要:介绍磁致伸缩式扭转超声波位移传感器的工作原理。由于活动磁铁的位置测量实际是对于触发脉冲与回波信号间的时间差测量。所以时差的测量成为提高位置测量精度的关键。除了传统的电子电路计时外,一种利用信号互相关分析计算时差的软件计时方法得到实现。通过实验对两种计时方法进行比较。

Abstract:The paper aims at introducing the principle, which the magnetostrictive torsional wave displacement sensor is based on, and its techinque of design. The sensor measures out the position of a movable magnet through calculating the time intervals between the interrogation pulses and the echopulses. So it is important to accurately measure the time intervals for precision improvement of the sensor. Besides of the traditional circuit for timing a new software chronometry is developed which uses crosscorrelation of signal analysis. Experimental results are compared between the two measures
