摘    要:职业技术教育学科研究基地具有科学研究、人才培养、学术交流和咨询服务的功能,基地建设与发展的核心要素为提高成员研究能力、重视团队内部建设、加强与企业的合作、深化与政府交流。首席专家为引领,核心成员为主体,课题研究为纽带,学院资源为基础是基地运行管理的有效机制。

Abstract:Vocational education research base has several functions, which includes: science research, talent training, technology communication and consultation service. The key points for the base development are as follows, improve the members' research ability, pay enough attention to team construction, strengthen the cooperation with enterprise, and enhance the cooperation with government. In order to keep it run orderly, it should put these strategies into fact, professor as leader, core members as main body take project research as link and put college as resourees base.
