| 摘 要： | 南方互联电网到“十五”末期将成为世界上结构最复杂的电网，为保证南方电网的安全稳定运行，必须对南方电网，特别是受端广东电网的安全稳定控制系统进行深入研究。从受端广东电网的角度出发，详细研究广东电网内部故障和交直流送电线路故障时的安全稳定水平，并对广东电网的安全稳定控制系统配置策略进行探讨，提出需要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The Southern Interconnected Power Network will be the most complicated power network in the world at the end of2005.In order to ensure security and stability operation of the Southern Interconnected Power Network,deep research on security and stability control system in the Southern Interconnected Power Network,especially in Guangdong power grid of the receiving-end,shall be carried out.Standing by Guangdong power grid,this paper studies the security and stability level in detail under internal faults and AC&HVDC transmission line faults in Guangdong power grid,discusses the strategies of security and stability control system in Guangdong power grid,and presents the problems that need to be solved. |
