摘    要:针对恒温水浴高精度温度控制要求,设计了一种新型恒温水箱智能测控系统.系统采用MSP430单片机作为核心,使用Pt100温度传感器为测温元件,以半导体致冷器(TEC)为制冷元件,结合比例-积分-微分(PID)算法和脉宽调制(PWM)控制来实现对目标对象温度的精确控制.系统测温范围设定在0~60℃,样机性能测试结果表明:该系统可以实现测温精度优于±0.05℃的控制要求,具有±0.01℃的分辨率,控温精度±0.2 ℃.实际应用表明:该系统可靠性好、控制精度高、性能稳定、操作简便及通用性强,具有较高的实用价值和应用推广价值.

Abstract:Aiming at requirement of high precision temperature control of stationary temperature water tank,a novel intelligent control system of constant temperature water tank is designed and implemented.The system uses MSP430 MCU as control core,Pt 100 platinum resistance as temperature measurement devices,thermo-electric cooler (TEC)devices as refrigeration components.Combined with proportion-integration-differentiation (PID) algorithms and pulse-width modulation (PWM) control to achieve precise control for temperature of the target object.Temperature control system test range is set to 0~50 ℃,and performance test results of the prototype show that the system can realize temperature control requirements of precision prior to ±0.05 ℃,with a resolution of ±0.01 ℃ and a temperature control precision of ±0.2 ℃.Practical application show that this temperature control system has high reliability,high control precision,stable performance,easy operation,and high universality,so it has high practical value and application promotion value.
