| 摘 要： | 通过对京津沪奶牛优势区（北京、天津、上海）、东北内蒙古奶牛优势区（黑龙江、辽宁和内蒙古）、华北奶牛优势区（河北、山西、河南、山东）和西北奶牛优势区（新疆、陕西、宁夏）共13个省（市、区）的养殖成本效益进行比较研究发现,京津沪奶牛优势区养殖成本明显高于其他奶牛优势区,上海是全国优势区域中养殖成本最高的地区;东北内蒙古奶牛优势区是全国奶牛养殖效益最高的地区,内蒙古是该区域养殖效益最好的省份;四大优势区域的饲料成本占总成本的比重高于全国平均水平,粗饲料饲喂有待进一步增强.

| Abstract: | The paper used comparative analysis based on cost and benefit data of four cow breeding dominant areas in China,which were Jingjinhu area （Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai city）,Northeastern China and Inner Mongolia area （Heilongjiang,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia province）,North China area （Hebei,Shanxi,Henan,Shandong province）,and Northwest China area （Xinjiang,Shanxi,Ningxia province）.The results showed that farming cost of Jingjinhu area was significantly higher than other cow breeding dominant areas and Shanghai was the highest cost area of all the four cow breeding dominant areas.The benefit of Northeastern China and Inner Mongolia area dominant area was the highest in the country and Inner Mongolia was the best of the areas.The proportion of the total cost of feed cost of four cow breeding dominant areas were higher than the national average level and roughage feeding should be enhanced further. |
