摘    要:目的:为了有效进行食品安全风险监测,探索建立江苏省昆山市餐饮食品安全风险监测三级网络和预警信息平台.方法:以江苏省昆山市市级、乡镇和风险监测点为基础建立三级监测网络,通过三级监测网络对餐饮食品安全风险进行监测,并通过食品安全预警信息平台进行及时发布,有效防范食品安全风险.结果:通过江苏省昆山市餐饮食品安全风险监测三级网络和预警信息平台的应用,餐饮食品安全风险监测的范围和品种有较大的扩大,风险监测的合格率也由原来的62.34%提升到97.72%.结论:食品安全风险监测三级网络和预警信息平台可以扩大监测范围,以有效提升风险监测合格率,及时有效地防范食品安全风险.

Abstract:Objective] To effectively carry out the food safety risk monitoring and explore to establish the three levels food safety risk surveillance and early warning information platform in Kunshan city in Jiangsu province.Method] Three levels monitoring network was established based on establishining township and monitoring points,and food safety risk was monitored through three levels of monitoring network,and timely issued by the early warning information platform to effectively guard against the risk of food safety.Result] Through the application of three levels food safety risk surveillance and early warning information platform,the scope and variety of catering food safety risk monitoring had a larger expansion,and the qualified rate of risk monitoring also increased from 62.34% to 97.72%.Conclu sion] The three levels food safety risk surveillance and early warning information platform can expand the scope of monitoring,improve the risk monitoring qualified rate,and effectively prevent food safety risk.
