红薯叶功效成分及抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘    要:红薯是我国重要的农作物之一,然而红薯叶作为农作物生产副产品被大量废弃造成环境污染和资源浪费.国内外的研究发现,红薯叶中含有包括多糖、绿原酸、黄酮、多肽等功效活性物质,这些活性物质具有抗肿瘤的作用.本文就红薯叶的功效活性成分和抗肿瘤作用机理进行概述,为红薯叶的利用开发提供借鉴.

Abstract:Sweet potato is one of the most important crops in China.However,most of sweet potato leaves are abandoned as agricultural by-products,which causes resource waste and environmental pollution.The domestic and international research have discovered activity components in sweet potato leaves including polysaccharide,chlorogenic acid,flavone,and polypeptide,etc,which have antitumor activity.The active components and anti-tumor activity as well as the mechanism of sweet potato leaves were summarized for the development of sweet potato leaves.
