摘    要:以一套有代表性的常规柴油加氢精制装置的操作数据作为基准,对直接使用重整氢和使用经变压吸附(PSA)提纯后的重整氢这两个方案进行PROⅡ流程模拟,在保证氢分压等反应条件一致的情况下,从能耗和投资的角度进行分析对比,发现重整氢不必经过变压吸附(PSA)装置提浓,可直接作为柴油加氢精制的新氢。

Abstract:On the basis of operating data of a typical diesel hydrotreating unit,2 different options of operating the unit with CCR hydrogen and CCR hydrogen purified by PSA are simulated by PROⅡand compared under the same hydrotreating conditions such as hydrogen partial pressure,etc.It is concluded that The CCR hydrogen can be used directly as the make-up hydrogen in diesel hydrotreating unit without purification by PSA.
