基于UG和ANSYS的曲轴设计及分析

摘    要:利用UG软件建立轿车发动机曲轴的实体模型,利用UG二次开发软件计算其动平衡量,计算结果在动平衡量目标值允许范围内.采用ANSYS软件对曲轴进行有限元分析,包括曲轴的模态分析和静力学分析,得到了曲轴的振型图和固有频率,以及拉压工况下曲轴的应力集中情况,为曲轴的设计和改进提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Entity model of a car engine crankshaft was established based on UG software,the amount of dynamic balance of the crankshaft was calculated by UG secondary development software, and the calculation result was in the allowed target range. The finite element analysis including modal analysis and static analysis of crankshaft were performed by ANSYS software, vibration modes and natural frequency of the crankshaft, as well as stress concentration under tension/compression conditions were obtained,which could provide a reference for design and improvement of the crankshaft.
