类金刚石薄膜电极在污水处理中的应用

摘    要:以类金刚石(DLC)薄膜作为电极进行污水处理时,具有比IrO2/Ta2O5钛涂层电极、PbO2等电极更好的氧化效果,这是由于DLC具有更宽的电势窗口和更低的背景电流.此外,DLC还具有耐酸、耐腐蚀以及低吸附特性等特点,不会在酸性、腐蚀性的污水中破损,因此比其他的电极更适合在污水中长时间工作.为此,对DLC的制备、DLC电极电化学性能的影响参数,以及DLC在污水处理中应用的研究成果进行了综述总结.

Abstract:Diamond-like carbon (DLC)films as the electrode have a better oxidation effect than IrO2/ Ta2O5 titanium coated electrodes and PbO2 electrode in sewage treatment, because they have a wider potential window and more lower background current. In addition, for features of acid resistance, corrosion resistance and low adsorption characteristics,DLC films can not be damaged in the wastewater, and be more suitable for working long hours than other electrodes. Therefore, studies on DLC preparation,influence parameters of DLC electrode's electrochemical performance and applications in wastewater treatment were summarized.
