AMT离合器起步接合过程控制研究

摘    要:通过对离合器工作过程研究,建立离合器接合动力学模型.从满足车辆起步要求出发,确定影响离合器接合性能的主要因素和理想接合规律,制定了“比例-模糊-PID”多模态控制策略.利用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建离合器起步的仿真模型,结果证明该控制策略合理有效.

Abstract:By studing the clutch working condition, the dynamic model of clutch engagement was established. In order to meet the requirements of vehicle starting, the main factors affecting the engaging performance and the ideal regular of clutch engagement were found out. Then, the muti-mode control strategy of Proportion-Fuzzy-PID was adopted. The simulation model of clutch during vehicle starting process was built by Matlab/Simulink software, the simulation result shows that the control strategy was reasonable.
