青岛财富中心超限高层结构分析与设计

摘    要:针对青岛财富中心(228m高)超限高压建筑,详细介绍其转换框支剪力墙及工程结构体系、抗震加强措施、风荷载反应和地震作用分析,并介绍了高位箱形转换层的受力分析及型钢混凝土组合转换梁的设计.分析表明:工程的抗震性能指标和抗风性能指标均满足相应规范的要求,采用型钢混凝土组合梁可以有效减小断面提高抗剪承载力.

Abstract:Qingdao fortune center is a out-of-codes high-rise building with the height of 228m,which is the partly frame-support shear wall structure when the transfer story is high.The structure system,the strengthen methods,the earthquake and wind analysis are presented.It introduces the analysis of the high box transfer story and the design of the steel-concrete composite beams.It presents that the functions of the building resisting the earthquake and wind can satisfy the codes,using the steel-concrete composite beams can reduce the beam section and improve the resisting shear capabilities.
