催化裂化多产丙烯催化剂研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外催化裂化多产丙烯工艺及催化剂的技术进展,分析对比了各种技术的丙烯收率、关键催化剂的作用效果以及择型分子筛的改性技术。结果表明,深度催化裂化工艺是目前世界上领先的多产丙烯工艺技术。还提出了今后应将工作重点放在新型催化裂化多产丙烯催化剂的研发方面。

Abstract:The advancee of technique and catalyst for increasing propylene production of FCC in China and abroad were reviewed.As well as the propylene yield of each technique,the effection of key catalyst and the modification technique of shape selectivity molecular sieve were analyzed and compared respectively.The results showed that deep catalytic cracking was the super advanced technique for increasing propylene in the world at present.It was also proposed that researching and designing other novel catalyst for increasing propylene production was the important work in the future.
