摘    要:研发了一种新型高性能无溶剂双马来酰亚胺/氰酸酯浸渍树脂(HBC60),探讨了该树脂配方对树脂的成型工艺性、耐热性、力学性能和介电性能的影响.研究结果表明,HBC60树脂的成型工艺性取决于其组成的配比,所有配方都具有优良的工艺性,即低粘度、长工作期和良好的反应性;树脂固化物具有优异的介电性能、突出的耐热性(玻璃化转变温度约为300℃)和良好的力学性能.

Abstract:A new type of high performance solvent-free impregnating resin system based on bismaleimide/cyanate ester hybrid network,coded as HBC60,was developed.The effects of differing stoichiometries of each component on the processing and performance parameters were discussed.Investigations show that the processing properties of the HBC60 system is greatly depended on the stoichiometry of each component in formulations,while all the three formulations developed have good processing characteristics such as low visco...
