化工专业人才培养模式创新的思考

摘    要:探讨了教学型大学化学工程与工艺专业人才培养模式的创新问题,提出应重视学生综合素质培养,加强通识教育和实践环节的教学,着力构建理论教学、实践教学、素质拓展有机结合的培养体系,形成传授知识、培养能力、提高素质三位一体的人才培养模式。

Abstract:The professionals cultivation innovation mode for chemical engineering and technology major was discussed.It suggested that these were necessary about emphasis on overall quality of training students,for general education and practice teaching.The cultivation system would be constructed through the organic combination of theories of teaching,practice teaching and quality expanding.The trinity professionals cultivation innovation mode would be formed of imparting knowledge,building capacity and improving quality.
